Brink's fleet of security patrols conducts daily inspections at thousands of locations at irregular intervals and at unspecified times. Our services are divided into regular Patrol Checks and Immediate Response services triggered by a phone call or signal from the Security system. Our Services are coordinated by Brink's state-of-the-art Alarm Receiving and Monitoring Center, which guides our Security Officers with the necessary information, ensuring constant communication with the competent Authorities, depending on the circumstances, and with client's Security Officers. We perform Inspections, monitor Proof of Presence and have access to a Comprehensive log of all security duties and activities. The service is supported by a real time computerised and reporting system which improves our efficiency and provides the customer with detailed reports demonstrating that the security guard has executed his visits and rounds of inspection in the proper manner as per contractual obligations. Our Services are enhanced using Brink's ARM (Advanced Remote Monitoring) system, which features Real Time display and two-way communication of all Patrolling Service data.
